A dreamer’s big day.

I’ve known Maria since she was in elementary school… and she’s always written me beautiful notes.  One time she created a huge ‘thank you’ card, better than anything one could find in a store, complete with scissor-scalloped edges and rolling calligraphy.

She is graduating from college this week, and I know what a struggle it has been for her Mom — and a glory to achieve.  I decided to write her an encouraging word, reminding her of her journey and how far she’s come.
