When “AFV” and cars collide.

Last night Vin gave a presentation about cars and “America’s Funniest Videos” at The Peterson Museum on Wilshire Boulevard.

His friends Tom and Ted came up from Orange County.  His Mercedes mechanic Rene showed up from

the Valley.   It was a perfect combination of Vin’s two passions… so I wanted to thank Rich Connor, who painstakingly put

together the 40-minute special, for his time and as always, his excellence.  (Rich packages the music montages,  one of

my favorite parts of the show!)

Plus he’s a really fun person to eat shrimp with.

(Just saw a few typos as I re-read this, but it’s too late — the letter’s in the mail.  As my friend John Beug would say, “Oh well”.)
