A brain on fire needs to be praised.

Jon K. was brilliant on the last conference call.  He always is smart, quick and witty — but this time he was super-charged.  After the call, which went on for several hours, I took a minute to wrap it up with a recognition.  I just found these “Brilliant” cards and this was the perfect opportunity to use one.  My sister has an expression when she’s crazed:  “I’m running 200 miles an hour with my hair on fire.”  I love that.. but when a BRAIN’s on fire, it’s even more impressive.  I wanted Jon K. to know we appreciate his insights and are the better for his attention.
