Buying a book from its cover.

I bought a book from its cover tonight.

I was hanging around, waiting to have my friend Linda sign her new book, “Tears & Tequila”.

“THE OTHER TYPIST” jumped out.

I remembered my cousin Lauren had told me about it.

Don’t remember what the story is, but the back paragraph was enough for me:

Confessions are Rose Baker’s job.  A typist for the New York City Police Department, she sits in judgment like a high priestess.  Criminals come before her to admit their transgressions, and, with a few stroke of the keys before her, she seals their fate.”

I’ll let you know if it’s good.
