Question:

If this is what happens when the U.S Postal Service says “WE CARE” — what happens when they don’t?

Thank you to my friend Nikki for capturing the horror of what happened to the letter I sent.  It was smashed, mangled and strangled.

I defend the Post Office at all times, but now I wonder — what happens that we DON’T see?
