Connecting in Sweden.

Luckily I had new business cards, so after the dinner, I was able to give one to my charming seat mate Matthew Yee.

As he’s an interior designer with an architectural background, I thought he would enjoy coming to visit or lecture at Rhode Island School of Design when his schedule permits.

A letter — instead of an e-mail — seemed like a better way to follow up with our new friendship.

Plus I know he’ll appreciate the ‘analog’ world of the typewriter, since his business card features an “M” he designed when he was twelve — and he created his own font!
