Customer service after a parking overcharge.

The hotel was almost empty when we left.  We’d been there since mid-afternoon and the poolside service was done, the lovers were gone, and only we remained.  When Ian and I went out to collect our cars, the parking attendant said it would be $25.  even though we’d been there since lunch.  “New policy,” he grunted.  We found the manager, Dee Dee, who took my name, along with my payment, but promised to find justice.  The next day as promised, she called.  “I got you the rebate,” she said, and two happy customers were saved.imgres
