DVD: Adrian & the blue shoes.
Adrian sat in the front row in the first class I taught today at Da Vinci Design.
His hair was pompadoured perfectly and despite the early hour, he was wide awake.
I could tell immediately that he’d keep me on my toes.
What I didn’t realize was that he has keen powers of observation.
When I asked the class to comment on what they thought of me, he asserted that
I seemed “professional” because of my shoes. They weren’t too tall, he explained,
but they still looked nice. He noticed everything — and as I told him in my thank you letter, that is the basis for a great job — he’d a terrific reporter or researcher… or a psychologist, too.
