Follow up from Lake Shore Drive.

Jim Higley is the new Development Director for Camp Kesem.

He and outgoing Development Director, Laura Probst, came to introduce Jim to me — since I’ve been involved peripherally with the Camp Kesem folks since the very beginning.

We had a deep, instant connection — about losing family members to cancer… how to deal with the dysfunction that can visit up0n a family… and the visit flew by.

I told Jim about my ‘Thank You’ blog and he admits that he always writes follow-up notes after a visit, too.

His note was so nice that I decided to follow up his follow up with a follow up.
