Going the extra mile for a driver who was fired.

I’m just as quick to fire off a note of complaint as a note of praise.  When I learned

our favorite limo driver Jackie had been ‘let go’ in Boston, I sent a complaint to

the owner of the limo company.  I never heard back — which gave me pause about

how well-run (or not) the company is — but I wanted to let him know that on our

end, Jackie had never been anything but consummately professional.  I believe

in the power of the pen… and a protest letter still means a lot, as far as I’m concerned.

I sent Jackie a copy of it and hired her on my own a few times too, to show her

I put my money where my mouth is.
