Hotel friendships.

I go to Providence, Rhode Island at least three times a year.  On a few occasions, I’ve been ‘in residence’ for two weeks, between meetings and helping my daughter move in or out of her dorm.  I like to make friends with management & staff at the hotel, because it makes the place seem less anonymous.  Stephen N. has been really helpful to me over the years… and on one occasion, got me upgraded to the Presidential Suite.   This is his ‘thank you’ for a card I gave him.

It’s no surprise he’s swiftly moved up the Corporate ladder at the Renaissance Hotel.  He effortlessly demonstrates the elegant manners a hotelier should always exhibit.
