Kour Pour and his hot publicist.

I met Lyn Winter when she was at the Museum of Contemporary Art… working with Jeffrey Deitch.  She is a publicist who is herself an artist;  an intellectual, beautiful, thoughtful person.  I’m very impressed with her, as you might be able to tell.

When Jeffrey went to New York — Lyn stayed here, where she’s the publicist high-end artists seek out when they want to rock their careers.  

Tonight I went to the opening of KOUR POUR, a talented 27-year-old artist from London who finished at OTIS — and whose work is already going for $200,000 apiece.

  The room was teeming with interesting-looking people.  

We loved Kour Pour’s work.  

I got to say “hi” to Jeffrey Deitch, which was great — and I wanted to tell Lyn that I figured something out.  

What do talented artists in Los Angeles have in common?
