I love it when I write to a corporate chieftain and get a response.

I let James Gold at Neiman Marcus know I appreciated the Fortuny bowl they sent us as a Christmas “thank you” gift — for being good customers…

He wrote: “It was such a treat to read your beautiful letter.  I shared it with my entire team.”
