Moving on reference letter.

The power of a reference letter … when I learned that my dermatologist is moving to another office, and can’t take the entire front office staff with him — I was sad to hear it.  His front desk Receptionist Karla has always done a terrific job, balancing patient calls, scheduling changes, and follow-ups.  I offered to write her a reference letter, which I will bring to her today on my last appointment at that office.
