Why Nordstrom rocks.
After I took my father to Nordstrom to buy a few pairs of shoes — an hour before we went off to Passover in Palm Springs — I wanted the store manager to know how much I appreciated the help we got from Rick, our young salesman. A few days later, I received this e-mail from the top executive. It’s this kind of service that makes me a faithful Nordstrom customer.
