Old style meets new… AKA: “When a fish & a bird fall in love, where will they live?”

My Harvard colleague Geoffrey — who works at Firefox — sent me this link … it’s

a clever way to use old-school typewriter techniques on an ipad.  I was going crazy

watching how slowly the demonstrator typed — but other than that, it’s a fun mash-up.

(It reminded me of my first typing job at Stanford University back in high school,

where I was a technical secretary, and had to change the KEYS out to create mathematical

equations… good news was I made more per hour than my friends who flung

French fries at Jack in the Box!)
