March
Repurposed cards.
My sister Annie and my mother Betty share a birthday one day apart.
We gathered a lot of Annie’s friends in Orange County to honor both of them…
I had goody bags, which included stationery.
Cindy Hudson re-purposed hers and cut out fun figures in bathing suits to refresh the front of the gold-dotted card.
She added a “THANKS” on top of it, in cut-out black letters, and made her own great offering — as good as you’d find at Papyrus.
The “Vanna White” reference has to do with whenever there was any piece of clothing or present to be demonstrated, Cindy gallantly offered to show us how to work it/wear it/enjoy it.
I dubbed her “Vanna” but she could also be “Martha” — as in “Martha Stewart” — for her arts & craftiness.
