Robert Guillaume at “America’s Funniest Videos”.

Today my friend Donna and I created a magic moment.

Robert Guillaume has known Alfonso Ribeiro since Al was 14 years old — when Robert directed him on a film shot  in Toronto.

We invited Robert and Donna’s brother-in-law John Wesley to show up on set at “America’s Funniest Videos”.

Vin told Alfonso someone who knew him wanted to give him his regards.  He came out of the dressing room

between shows and saw John Wesley first — then realized Robert was there.

Alfonso seemed thrilled.  After their meeting, Robert came onto the set & we put him on camera for one

of Alfonso’s intros.

It took some maneuvering of the schedule and Vin’s staff was very kind.

Reuel Pendleton, Production Coordinator for “AFV” was especially helpful so I wrote him a quick note tonight.

Besides,  it never hurts to make friends with the guy who’s in charge of parking & VIP tickets.
