SAG-AFTRA.

I had the pleasure of teaching a cohort of Women in Film — who are in a mentoring group, run by my friend Linda Schreyer.

I brought a handful of ‘thank you’ cards and spread them over the long conference table, and after I gave my three basic rules for writing a boffo ‘TY’ note — I let everyone choose a few for themselves.  They sat and quietly wrote and then we read them out loud.

Ilyanne, who oversees SAG-AFTRA, was especially encouraging — and I wanted to thank her for letting me jump into her carefully-curated class.
