Satisfied customers & a Hollywood Star.
After hitting Hollywood to do an errand this morning, we wanted to grab lunch.
“Why not Lloyd’s store?:” I asked.
Lloyd’s a long-time friend who used to work with Vin in television development.
He’s got a few Jersey Mike sandwich shops around town and we love to patronize whenever possible.
We were on Vine Street already, so it easy to glide into a parking place — always a priority.
Two tuna sandwiches later — and sone Sun Chips, I’ll admit — we walked back out to Vine, where VIn hass
a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
“Let me take a picture,” I said.
I’m the world’s worst photographer but Vin had on pink & green, and I thought it would match the Star.
To his credit, he posed in front of it — the same star “sign” that inspired Lloyd to buy his sandwich shop
location — and I sent the photo along to Lloyd as proof we’d been there.
(When he wrote back — from his vacation in Europe! — he asked ‘Did you like it?”)

(Before we left, I also filled out a Customer Satisfaction card, because I know Lloyd is all about customer care.)
