Stamp of approval.

After a lovely evening at the Laguna Museum of Art, Marisa Murrow (who’s herself a talented artist) drew me this card… and enclosed a page of carefully-curated postage stamps from her Father’s collection.  I tried to copy some of the stamps to include her, but didn’t want to damage them… so I leave it up to your imagination, but there’s a colorful Peter Max that’s especially vibrant — which I used, per her suggestion, on the back to seal her envelope.  I was very touched her caring ‘thank you’, needless to say.  It’s not often I get a part of someone’s father’s stamp collection to add to my own…and I recognize how precious a gift that is and won’t take it for granted.
