Text thank-you from saleslady at Armani, Boston…”what goes around comes around”.

Sometimes — often — I send out so many notes in the course of a day that I forget who I mailed them to… in this case, I got a lovely response on my phone and had no idea who my respondent might be.  I wrote back to the Massachusetts area code —  and Dassi from Armani in Boston revealed herself.  Turns out I’d thanked her for sending me the Fall Catalogue.

It’s one of the joys and unexpected surprises of sending out goodwill.  I never know what will strike and hit a chord, and when I get an answer, it always makes ME feel good.  Isn’t that strange?  That what is meant to make someone else feel seen ends up doing the same for me… it must be “what goes around comes around”.
