The best at Southwest.
Some people download their tickets before they fly. Or they show up with it on their phones. I’m neither one of those types.
I stand in line, either outside at the bag check line — or inside, if it looks like things will go quickly.
It’s not particularly fun or efficient but it’s how I do it.
At San Jose Airport the other evening, I got ready for the usual long wait time.
To my surprise, ALAN TSANG got me squared away in about one minute flat.
I was so blown away — and pleased — that I went back and got his Employee ID # so I could let Corporate know they’ve got a really great employee.
