Ties that (don’t) bind.

Nordstrom is always my ‘go-t0’ place when I need something reliable.

Service is great.

People are friendly and knowledgeable.

And I have valet parking.

When my father needed a pair of shoes — pronto — that would fit his swollen foot, there was just one place to go.

We hit the mall before we drove out to Palm Desert for Passover.

Rick Kelley helped us.  He was young and fresh-faced, but knew what he was doing.

My dad scored:  one pair of chocolate brown ECCO’s and a gray topsider with mesh top — called “SWIMS”.

I told Rick I wanted to send a letter to his boss… which I did today.  Excellence deserves praise.

And when my Dad needs another pair of “SWIMS”, I know just where I’ll go.
