Louise Marler, who was referred to me by Ermanno, my typewriter mechanic, is a self-professed typewriter lover and artist.  She has a website, “TYPEWRITERS ARE SEXY”.  I wrote her a note after hearing about her from Ermanno, and she’s invited me to her studio.  I’m all atwitter — or should I say, ‘all a-typewriter’?   It’s an auspicious start to what may be a very good New Year.
