An agent with follow-through.

I’d been trying to help a friend of mine get in with William Morris/Endeavor.  One agent, Jad, was especially helpful in my quest. He listened to my messages and always got back to me.  A person with follow-through is hard to find, and I wrote him once to thank him for paying attention.  A month or so after we began our dance, he got promoted, as people who are excellent often do.   I wrote him a ‘congratulations’ note.  We still haven’t met but I know when & if we do, we’ll have carved a warmer point of connection than if we had only exchanged cursory e-mails.  And it’s always good to have a new friend.  Especially at one of the top talent agencies in town.
