“Brag book” a year later.

I send Christmas checks to people who help me throughout the year, like Wil from Absolut Pool & Spa.  He’s nursed an ailing, elderly pool for me for more than a decade now, and every time we call him I hold my breath that the patient needs life support.  But each time Wil comes through — with flying colors.  I must have written him a nice note last year, because in his Christmas card he writes:

“Thank you for another year and for your kind words.  Your letter last year I have saved in my “BRAG FILE” for new customers.  Warm regards, Wil.

Almost forgot.  Thank you for your gift!”
