Can’t meet Stella.

I just got a few “Stella McCartney” pieces of clothing… a new addition to my wardrobe.

Soon thereafter, I received an invitation to a fundraiser that designer Stella McCartney supports.

Because I can’t get there — but I wanted to begin a positive relationship with the boutique — I wrote this note to explain

why I couldn’t be there.  It’s more gracious than a gruff  ‘no show’, and when and if I ever meet Megan

I won’t have to hide my head that I didn’t RSVP.
