It’s a colorful world.
Some people have my number.
I have distinct preferences.
Chocolate, preferably See’s. Bridge Mix, not truffles.
Work-out clothes, lacy or colorful.
Shoes, 4″ height max.
But when it comes to typewriters — any kind’s OK.
Kim DeMarco knows my taste.
She’s got excellent style herself.
A RISD alumna, an illustrator whose work has graced the front page of
The New Yorker… and the co-creator of the phrase, “Thanksgvivikuh”, a feat
so great it got her invited to the White House.

As I said, Kim’s got great style. Could have been a personal shopper in another life.
She nailed it with this box of typewriter cards from Chronicle Books.
Each one more delightful than the next.
It was like going through a catalogue and liking something on every page.
I was smiling the entire time I leafed through the box.
I dashed off a note to her tonight so I can use the cards right away.
(My rule is: “Do not use if you have not thanked.”)
