Don’t tell anyone — but I don’t love Apple.

Categories:Uncategorized

I see people who cradle their laptops like they’re carrying a newborn.

Don’t kill me — and it’s not because I love my typewriter more — but I don’t love my Apple.

I don’t love my mini Ipad.

I don’t love my phone.  Or my laptop.

And they know it.

I use a stylus.

I use a mouse.

I make my computer analog and I think it resents it.

After my last trip to Century City’s favorite hang-out, where I’m a frequent flyer with a scowl —  I wrote a “thank you” to the poor genius who helped me.

After being such an unhappy consumer, it was the least I could do!

I love my Apple. I love everything about them from the cool design to the great customer support. I am a photographer and we all use mac computers. My computer had some very serious problems and my 3 year extended warranty had expired. I went to Apple store on the 4th year and said I have been having these problems for years. Do you have any idea on how to get this working. I know its not under warranty but I can not afford another $3500 for the big guy I need to do my photography. He went to the manager and came back with 3 guys. I thought it was over and I was going to be thrown out of the store but after 4 years they sent me home with a brand new computer.I wouldn’t even do that and I love my clients. The manager had the authority to make a decision. They did not have to go to corporate. Most stores do not do that. When you call for service you get someone in the US that you can understand. The manager has probably been fired or will be after Apple reads this story. I love my apple. Seri sends her love
