Happy Valentine’s Day from my penpal Cate.

CATE FERRALL is a devoted penpal.  I sent her a Valentine’s Day card, and she made sure I got to see her moment of glory, surrounded by all the cards & flowers she received.  I loved the instant gratification and was delighted to see her happy smile.
