Hertz Gold standard & Laquita.

My husband’s been a member of Hertz Gold Car for years, and I always thought it was cool that he could breeze in to the rental agency, have his name on the electric board, and jump into a waiting car.

It finally dawned on me that I, too, should apply.

Last weekend I used it for the second time — in Oakland.  Laquita was so helpful all the way around that I took a card and am just now following up.  Good customer service is hard to find, and Laquita went above and beyond.  I meant it:  Laquita made it golden.
