Long-distance relationship.
Cate Tompkins runs a gallery in Providence, Rhode Island.
I went there once and appreciated the art she curates. I asked to be on the mailing list, and Cate has made sure to send me materials about all events she has there — whether I’m in California or not… I’m still in the loop.
Now I’m encouraging her to come out West for further artistic inspiration. I hope she will.
