MOO.
I lost my business cards.
Had just received them.
Had them only a few weeks.
Searched. To no avail.
Called MOO.com and had them re-made.
Nice conversation with Customer Service, a fellow named John Andoscia.
Learned the company is based in Providence, Rhode Island… and John has friends who went to RISD and loved it.
He re-issued a set of my business cards — for free, after he saw how I’d lost them so soon after receiving them…
and I promised I’d send a letter to his boss, which I did forthwith.
