Muesli worth a photo.
I got a cookbook, “DAS BOOK” that features Chef Rockenwagner’s favorite German-inspired recipes.
Vin loves muesli and always orders it at any hotel that serves it. When I found out he even carries a PHOTO of his favorite dish — on his phone — I vowed to try to better his experience.
I made my Muesli with toasted hazelnuts, apricots, dates from my favorite Persian market (Sun Market on Westwood Boulevard)…and waited for it to congeal.
8 hours later, Vin sampled it and declared it “two thumbs up”. I took a picture to remind him that he doesn’t have to only order it on the road.
