Palo Alto, circa 1910.
My home town — Palo Alto — was filled with oak trees back in 1910.
My mother’s helped edit a history of Palo Alto, published by the Palo Alto Historical Association (PAHA). (See above).

She sent a ‘thank you’ for Valentine’s flowers on postcards the Historical Association just published…which I really liked.
I can just imagine the founding fathers strolling under the trees, pursuing intellectual conversations, on a sun-dappled autumn afternoon.

Post cards transport you to where the sender is… or wants to be.
They’re small, (sound) bite-size and great for correspondence.
If you don’t want to write much — you don’t have to.
A few lines get the message across.
I always say — anything that you like writing on is fair game.
Just as long as you DO it!
