Retail therapy.

I was walking down Beverly Drive with Vin — I don’t remember what we were doing, but we had a few minutes to kill — when he noticed the store’s window.

“Want go to in?” he asked.  There was a gray jacket that looked kind of cute, so I agreed.

When Laura P. came to help us, things got more interesting.  She showed us what might combine with what, and knew when to leave us alone and when to check back.

We ended up getting the gray jacket and a pair of slacks and a powder blue sweater… I wrote a letter to her management, telling them how terrific Laura was… and this is what she wrote back.

(She also enclosed her cel phone, so I can contact her the next time we’ve got a few minutes to kill!)

Her salesmanship and follow-through take her to the top level of customer service.  I hope MAJE appreciates her professionalism.  I certainly do.
