A sophisticated family…

Jackie and I met in Rhode Island at Rhode Island School of Design when we were both part of the Parents’ Council and our children Alex & Jamie were going to college.  One year we planned a spontaneous trip to England — where we walked Jackie’s native city so rigorously that much to my horror,  I had to buy a new emergency pair of white tennis shoes.  (I’m not known for taking comfortable walking shoes).  Jackie lives in San Jose, near where I grew up, but somehow we’re never able to see each other when I go up North.  So when I heard the Bobergs were coming down to Los Angeles to celebrate Thanksgiving with their son Alex, I invited them to our Hanukkah party… and we all had a blast.
