The “Sunshine Boys” and the two Glorias.

“The Sunshine Boys” — a play at the Ahmanson Theatre — seemed like a production my friends Gloria G. and Gloria S. would enjoy.  I asked Greg to join us when Vin had a business dinner, and together we trooped off downtown in hellish after-work traffic.  Danny DeVito was sensational, and even though the script was definitely a throwback to the ’70’s, we enjoyed ourselves and laughed uproariously at Danny’s shtick.  I wrote Charity, who’d helped get us the tickets, to let her know she had a hand in arranging another delightful outing.
